Founder & CEO
Meet Isik, our Founder and CEO, bringing over 35 years of expertise to the Property and Construction Industries. His diverse background encompasses Quantity Surveying, Property Valuation, Construction, Superintendent, Portfolio, Real Estate and Facilities Management, with a rich history in operational and senior management roles. Isik has made significant contributions across various sectors, including Defence, Education, Health, Utilities, Data Centres, Retail, Commercial and Residential.
As a former lecturer at UTS from 2004 to 2010, Isik has a deep commitment to knowledge-sharing. He continues to play a pivotal role in training and mentoring Quantity Surveyors and Valuers in their respective expert fields. Isik's strong business acumen, combined with excellent communication skills, has been instrumental in successfully managing and leading teams.
In his role as CEO, Isik is not only a strategic thinker but has also proven his ability to secure and manage large contracts. Recognised as a real team builder and motivator, Isik is dedicated to adding value and differentiating service delivery. With Isik's leadership, our company is poised for excellence in every aspect of the property and construction realm.
Chief Financial Officer
Gulsum, our accomplished CPA-qualified accountant has nearly 20 years of experience, and has been the driving force behind our financial expertise since she joined Quantum QS in 2009.
Specialising in complex taxation matters, including property tax depreciation claims, multi-entity cost share schedules, strata contribution entitlement schedules, and retirement village maintenance funding, Gulsum serves as our legislative taxation specialist.
Additionally, she oversees the company's regulatory-based services. As a fully registered tax agent and a Certified Practising Accountant, Gulsum is dedicated to shaping practical, real-world taxation legislation. She has actively participated in the consultation process for numerous strata acts and complex client tax matters as our expert tax agent.

Chief Operating Officer
For the past 15 years, Michael has played a pivotal role in leading the BPO for a major Australian blue-chip company. As the COO at Quantum QS, he will not only helm our operations but also contribute expert insights to elevate our clients' operational excellence.
Michael is dedicated to providing innovative ideas and solutions to FM and PM operators, leveraging the latest technologies and AI available. His wealth of experience positions him to guide and enhance the automation processes, ensuring optimal efficiency and effectiveness in the property and facilities management operations.
Director, Estimating & Cost Planning
Meet Duy Duong, a committed father of four and an experienced Quantity Surveyor with an impressive 20+ year career that has left an indelible mark on the construction and property management landscape in New South Wales. Acknowledged for his precision and meticulous attention to detail, Duy now holds the position of Director of Estimating & Cost Planning at Quantum QS, where he is trusted for his expertise.
With a unique blend of technical proficiency and a commitment to client success, Duy has been a trailblazer in introducing innovative approaches to estimating, bills of quantities, cost planning, including Financiers reporting, progress claims and variation assessments.
